Emma joined the Practice in 1999 and qualified in 2002.
Emma has been a dental nurse for over 11 years, and has gained her radiography qualification. She has considerable experience in assisting with general dentistry, oral surgery and the more complex procedures including placement of dental implants.
She has trained many new dental nurses over the years and has been fortunate to work in various dental practices around the country giving help and support to the dental team. For many years she was the course coordinator for a recognised implant training course in the South West.

Rie Robbins

Rie Robbins RDN DRN DSN
Head Dental Nurse
Rie came to our practice on work experience in 2004 and is now a fully qualified dental nurse and has completed her radiography and sedation training. Rie assists Dr Badiani with dental implants and works alongside Emma mentoring other dental nurses. Rie also supports the specialists in their specific areas.

Emily Wells

Emily Wells RDN DRN
Dental Nurse
Emily joined our team in January 2009 whilst working towards her national certificate in dental nursing, which she passed in July 2009. Emily has become a vital member of the team, and is trained to assist Dr Badiani with dental implants. Emily works closely with Dr Blakely and the surgical specialists. Emily is our trained emergency first aider, has completed her radiography training and is currently working towards her sedation qualification.

Jo joined our team in the summer of 2009 after moving to the Westcountry. Jo is radiography trained and has over 10 years experience in dental nursing, she has a lovely manner with patients.

Claire Bright
Claire Bright
Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Claire joined the team in May 2011 as a full-time receptionist.
She quickly became an asset to the practice, Claire is friendly and welcoming. Her interest in dentistry soon became apparent and she is now studying to become a qualified dental nurse.
Rachael Thomson
Rachael Thomson BSc (hons) RDN
Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Rachael joined the team in October 2011 as a full-time dental nurse and receptionist. Rachael started dental nursing in 2009 after graduating with honours in Human Biosciences at Exeter University. Rachael's interest in dentistry came after a horse riding accident at the age of 17 years old, which led to her receiving extensive dental treatment. Rachael qualified as a dental nurse in May 2011.
