Lindsey Wright (Dip HE)

Lindsey is joining our team in April 2009 as a dental therapist. She qualified in December 2008 at Cardiff University.

Lindsey believes in 'no stress' dentistry and specialises in Paediatrics.

Lindsey is avaliable for appointments on Wednesdays.

Penny Williams

Penny Williams (DDH)

Penny qualified from the Royal Dental Hospital in 1982 since then the permitted duties that Hygienists can carry out have been extended. Penny has been keen to update her skills to match those more recently qualified hygienists. She is therefore able to offer the full range of skills expected of a hygienist. Since qualifying Penny has worked part time to fit in with the commitments of her family of three daughters. Penny works part time at Devon Dental Centre of Excellence.

Emma Birtwistle

Emma Birtwistle RDN DRN

Senior Dental Nurse

Emma joined the Practice in 1999 and qualified in 2002.

Emma has been a dental nurse for over 11 years, gaining her radiography qualification a few years ago. She has considerable experience in assisting with general dentistry, oral surgery and the more complex procedures including placement of dental implants.

She has trained many new dental nurses over the years and has been fortunate to work in various dental practices around the country giving help and support to the dental team. For many years she was the course coordinator for a recognised implant training  course in the South West.

Rie Robbins

Rie Robbins RDN DRN DSN

Head Dental Nurse

Rie came to our practice on work experience in 2004 and is now a fully qualified dental nurse and has completed her radiology and sedation training. Rie assists Dr Badiani with dental implants and works alongside Emma mentoring other dental nurses. Rie also supports the specialists in their specific areas.
